Refund Policy

Because we sell digital product keys, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Unredeemed keys — If your key has not been redeemed, you're eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Redeemed keys — Once a key has been redeemed, the sale is final and we're unable to issue a refund.
  • Non-working products — If the product does not work as described, you're eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. To verify the issue, we may ask for supporting evidence such as a screenshot, error message, or short video showing the problem. Refunds for non-working products are issued once the issue is confirmed.

EU customers — Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately (such as product keys), this right is lost once delivery begins, provided you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you waive your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and accessing your key, you confirm this consent.

If your key remains unredeemed, you may still request a refund within 14 days under our standard policy above.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first if you have any issue with your order — we're happy to help resolve problems quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in your account being suspended and future purchases declined.

How to request a refund

Email velocc.business@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any supporting evidence (if the product isn't working)

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
